The trial
Every new org gets a 14-day trial of all features at trial-tier limits. We track trial_ends_at on the org record. The trial banner counts down in the dashboard header.

Hitting a limit
When you hit a cap (e.g., 11th workflow on Starter, 2,001st run on Starter), the API returns 402 and a contextual upgrade modal pops up with the recommended plan and a one-click Stripe checkout.
Self-serve subscription management
Settings → Billing → Open billing portal redirects to Stripe's hosted portal where you can:
- Update your card
- Change plan
- View invoices
- Cancel
